The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed the master’s thesis of the student (Mushtaq Salal Abd), which was tagged and titled (The Impact of High-Intensity Functional Training
In some forward skills and special endurance for advanced football players (HIFA).
The aim of the research is to: identify the effect of exercises in a high-intensity functional training style to develop some basic skills and endurance for advanced soccer players.
The researcher recommended the necessity of using high-intensity functional training because of its positive impact on developing basic football skills (scoring, dribbling, handling) and special endurance.
It is worth noting that the discussion committee consisted of both
