Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Jaber Al-Zubaidi, Rapporteur of the Theoretical Sciences Branch and Assistant Lecturer Abdullah Issa, both teachers at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala, attended and participated in the scientific workshop organized by the Karbala Talent Center of the Department of Regions and Provinces Affairs in the Ministry of Youth and Sports, on identifying talents Sports and its management in cooperation with the University of Karbala and the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the holy city of Karbala and in the hall of the Scientific Care Forum.
Al-Zubaidi confirmed: His participation came through a qualitative lecture in which he reviewed the scientific steps to identify sports talents and explained the challenges facing Iraqi sports institutions regarding attracting and refining talents.
She also talked about the most important steps in managing sports talent, which include planning, setting goals, human and material capabilities, as well as recruitment and promotion.
For his part, the Director of the Karbala Talent Center, Mr. Aqil Sadiq Al-Taif, explained the nature of the work of the Sports Talent Center in Karbala and its ability to supply Iraqi clubs with young talents, which have proven successful and won local and international awards.
