The College of Physical Education, in cooperation with the National Youth Observatory at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, holds an educational awareness seminar on the role of family and psychological counseling in reducing extremist behavior among young people.

The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala, in cooperation with the National Observatory for Youth in the Ministry of Youth and Sports, held an educational awareness seminar on the role of family and psychological counseling in reducing extremist behavior among young people, with the participation of a number of primary school students, in the discussion hall of the college.
The Administrative Assistant, Dr. Abbas Abdel-Hamza, said in a statement to the Information and Relations Division that the symposium was attended by Mr. Sadiq Jaafar, Mr. Muhammad Hamza, Mr. Ahmed Maher and Mr. Mustafa Ibrahim Al-Suhail.
Pointing out that it included several axes, most notably the concept of extremist behavior and its causes
The role of the family and the role of psychological counseling in reducing extremist behavior among young people
Indicating that the symposium aimed to introduce the role of family counseling and its importance in guiding their children towards the right behavior and making them productive in society and having a sufficient level of responsibility
At the end of the symposium, a questionnaire form for the study was distributed to the students attending the symposium in order to obtain their views and answer the questions contained therein.
