The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed a master’s thesis on the probability of choosing the player who takes the penalty kick in terms of differentiation by the motor abilities, disorder and fear of soccer players
The study presented by the student Ahmed Ghafel Shanan included five chapters
The study aimed to identify the motor abilities, disorder and fear of young players to implement the football penalty kick and to identify the discriminatory indications of the motor abilities, disorder and fear of players to implement the football penalty kick
The study recommended the need to focus on the emotional variables such as disorders and fear, which have the largest impact and contribution in the classification of young players according to the implementation of the penalty kick, and not to take into account the omitted motor variables represented by (agility, flexibility, balance, compatibility) in the classification of young players according to the implementation of the penalty kick
