A master’s thesis attended by the Faculty of Physical Education entitled: (The effect of aerobic exercises and eating Schizandra plant on some functional indicators and achievement for long distance swimmers)

The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala discussed the student’s master’s thesis (Radwan Qasim Abdul-Amir), which was titled (The effect of aerobic exercises and eating Schizandra plant on some functional indicators and achievement for long-distance swimming) and this study is the first of its kind in Iraq, which was corrupted of five chapters.
The study aimed to: Identify the effect of aerobic exercise with eating a plant
Schizandra in some functional and achievement indicators for long-distance swimmers. The researcher used the training approach in the style of equal groups.
The study recommended the need to use aerobic exercises with the intake of the Schizandra plant for different age groups, whether they are young, young or advanced, and with distances other than the studied distances, and to note the rates of its development, and the need to conduct a comparative study of this plant and other plants on variables and age groups. Others, in addition to the necessity of emphasizing the swimming coaches to adopt the functional measurements to describe them as indicators of adaptation in the functional organs of the body, because of their impact on the development of achievement in swimming.
