The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala approved the title of the master’s student’s research, Haitham Odeh Jassem, which is tagged with the effect of special exercises in the law of ability according to the target speed on some biokinetic abilities and the rapid attack of handball players under the age of 19
