A doctoral thesis in the Faculty of Physical Education examines: The effect of anaerobic exercises with unbalanced floors on anaerobic abilities and some biokinetic abilities and the index of accuracy of the front and back strikes in table tennis for players aged (14-16) years

A doctoral thesis was discussed in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala, which was titled (The effect of anaerobic exercises with unbalanced floors on anaerobic capabilities and some biokinetic abilities and the index of accuracy of the front and back kicks for players aged (14-16) years).
And in the presence of the Dean of the College, Prof. Habib Ali Taher, and a number of professors and employees of the College, its students, and the student’s family.
The thesis discussed by the student (Laith Muhammad Abdul-Ridha), which consisted of five chapters, included: Table tennis is the fastest game among other racket games, and it is described as a skill game in the first place. Although the anaerobic system dominates the work vocabulary in table tennis, it is classified as one of the anoxic games.
The thesis aimed to: Preparing anaerobic exercises using unbalanced tables in table tennis for players aged (14-16) years.
• Identifying the effect of anaerobic exercises using unbalanced floors on anaerobic abilities and some bio-kinetic abilities and the index of accuracy of the front and back strikes in table tennis for players aged (14-16) years.
The thesis recommended: The need to use unbalanced floors with other age groups in the game of table tennis.
