A study at the Faculty of Physical Education discusses the effect of cardio hiit exercises Accompanied by music in cardiorespiratory fitness, growth hormone and some body components for women aged (30-35) years

The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala conducted the public scientific discussion of master’s student Yarden Hussein Ali, tagged with the effect of cardio hiit exercises accompanied by music in cardio-respiratory fitness, growth hormone and some body components for women aged (30-35) years
The study aimed to prepare cardio hiit exercises accompanied by music for women aged 3035 years and to identify its effect with accompanying music on cardiorespiratory fitness on women aged 3035 years and to identify the preference of differences between groups in cardiac fitness and growth hormone
The study concluded that cardio hiit exercises were effective in developing cardio fitness because they work directly on the heart, circulatory, respiratory and muscular systems, in addition to that these exercises had an effective role in increasing the proportion of growth hormone as a result of physical exertion on the intensity associated with these exercises.
