Master’s thesis at the Faculty of Physical Education discusses: Psychological adjustment and its relationship to emotional scouting creativity among the mobile teams of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in the central and southern Iraqi universities.

The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala witnessed the discussion of the master’s thesis for the student (Akram Waheed Ibrahim) with the title (
Psychological compatibility and its relationship to emotional scout creativity among the mobile teams of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in the central and southern Iraqi universities) in the presence of the Dean of the College, Prof.
The thesis aimed to build a measure of psychological compatibility among the rangers in the central and southern Iraqi universities, and to build a scale for the emotional creativity of the scouts among the rangers in the central and southern Iraqi universities, and to identify the reality of psychological compatibility and emotional creativity among the sample members, as well as to identify the relationship between psychological compatibility and emotional creativity. of the sample members.
The researcher recommended the necessity of establishing periodic and continuous camps for the rangers in order to identify the developments that occur in the psychological state, psychological adjustment and emotional creativity as part of it, and to create a positive relationship between the rangers themselves that would provide a good climate for work, and to choose the rangers according to specifications determined in the light of the scouting controls As well as conducting other studies dealing with other psychological variables and on other samples.
