The thesis recommended the need to pay attention to the use of the exercises used in the neuromuscular facilities PNF in order to improve the physiological, vital and physical aspects, and to conduct tests for the players from time to time for physiological and muscular indicators before starting work in the exercises because this will give full details of the physiological and physical aspects, and to continue working on training And not to be interrupted for long periods so that physiological and muscular indicators and digital levels are not affected, as well as attention to physiological and muscular indicators, their status and needs in training curricula to raise digital levels.
