Prof. Dr. Amer Hussain Ali Al-Taridi at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala participated in the discussion of the master’s thesis tagged (organizational intelligence and its relationship to the quality of decision-making for police game managers from the point of view of the trainers of the people of physical training Iraq).
The thesis dealt with the variable of organizational intelligence and its relationship to the quality of decision-making.
The letter indicated that the world has witnessed a great change, whose effects were clearly reflected on administrative practices and the nature of organizational relations within sports institutions, and that the success of management depends on addressing problems; Hence the importance of the research to identify organizational intelligence and a relationship to the quality of decision-making in the success of the work of training centers for police game managers from the point of view of the trainers of the physical training divisions.
The research problem was summarized as it deals with police games managers on studying the importance of knowing the level of organizational intelligence among police sports managers and its relationship to the quality of decision-making from the point of view of the trainers of the physical training divisions.
The research problem also lies in answering the following question: What is the impact that organizational intelligence plays on the quality of decision-making.
The research recommended the adoption of measures based on organizational intelligence and the quality of decision-making in the administrative work of governmental and non-governmental sports and youth institutions, because of their significant role in achieving the goals of these institutions and in achieving desirable and good outcomes. The researcher concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between organizational intelligence and its relationship to quality. Make decision.
