The College of Physical Education is witnessing a discussion of the student’s master’s thesis (Yasmine Adnan Moussa) entitled (The effect of a rehabilitation program using special exercises and ice massage in the partial rupture of the deltoid muscle for advanced handball players)

The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Karbala witnessed the discussion of the master’s thesis of the student (Yasmine Adnan Musa) and on the discussion hall in the college it was entitled (The effect of a rehabilitation program using special exercises and ice massage in the partial rupture of the deltoid muscle for advanced handball players) in the presence of some of the college professors and the student’s family .
The thesis aimed at: preparing a rehabilitation program using special exercises and ice massage in the partial rupture of the deltoid muscle for advanced handball players, and identifying the effect of a rehabilitation program using special exercises in the partial rupture of the deltoid muscle for advanced players in handball for the first experimental group, and identifying the effect of a rehabilitation program Using ice massage in partial rupture of the deltoid muscle of advanced handball players of the second experimental group, as well as identifying the advantage of the effect of the rehabilitation program using special exercises and ice massage in partial rupture of the deltoid muscle of advanced handball players between the two experimental groups.
And based on the conclusions that were reached within the limits of the research sample, the researcher recommended: the necessity of adopting the use of the program prepared with rehabilitation exercises in the process of rehabilitating people with rupture of the deltoid muscle of the shoulder joint, and conducting studies that include the rehabilitation program used in the current study other samples of men and women, and adopting The degree of pain scale prepared by the researcher to assess the condition of people with rupture of the deltoid muscle of the shoulder joint, as well as the need to treat the injury at the moment it occurs. This leads to accelerating the healing process through the development of appropriate and well-studied therapeutic exercises through the intensity and extent of its impact on the affected area and the use of ice massage in treated.
